Sinead has a long-standing background in freelance facilitation with young people and adults. She cultivates an empathic and creative approach in all of her workshops. She is the founder of Alt Grief Collective, a facilitated programme developing creative practice, connection and digital archive for people who’ve been abandoned by a parent.  

She currently works with young people at risk of exclusion in schools in Newham for Playing ON & with women affected by the criminal justice system at Clean Break Theatre. She has previously worked with organisations such as The Roundhouse, Hope Not Hate, Fearless Futures, Lego, Cardboard Citizens and Global Witness and as an arts-based youth worker in Hackney and Islington. She has worked across the UK in youth centres, PRU’s, schools, libraries, theatres and worked globally delivering workshops on systemic oppression in organisations. She has developed and delivered sustained programmes with girls in schools to understand power, and develop courage, collectivism and activism.

She has worked across Europe, the US & UK delivering public speaking and confidence coaching to leaders in tech since 2023.
